Help!!!! N/s/r indicator problem!!!!

Hi all i recently purchased my 2009 berlingo xtr and decided to fit a towbar using a bypass relay!! Done this before on my fathers 2010 berlingo no problems!! Done mine had probs with the lights going a bit nuts when the l/h indicator was switched on disconnect towbar no lights at ns test the wires all with power apart from n/s indicator, trace fault to broken earth pin in rear light new light in and all lights work apart from n/s indicator no power at all in the wire!! Front still works though, dont understand why only that one indicator doesnt work! im at my wits end help!!!!!
