drivers electric window

I've recently had an alarm fitted and since then the drivers window won't open. The passenger window works so that rules out a fuse problem, any idea's anyone please?

Cheers for that, any ideas if it's an easy fix, could it be possible that he's simply knocked the terminal off the switch?

Took stereo out, dodgy connection on switch. All sorted!
