rear spoiler on the 110 bhp models only

it seems only the 110 bhp have the rear spoiler fitted not the 90 - 75 models , looking at pics on auto trader site .

Yes that right but if you have the opening back window you loose the spoiler.

The 90 semi auto has a spoiler.

I have seen them on 90's to,i have looked everywhere to try and get the part number to no avail,i want to put one on mine if possible.

but the thing is i havent seen a 110 bhp that hasnt got one !!! so iam thinking standard on 110 bhp , a extra on the others , as a rule of thumb ,might be wrong just might explaine the haves and have nots , it cant just be a random fit ,on this or that one on prodution line .

I've seen one with opening rear window (the only one other than mine I've seen) AND the little rear lip spoiler. The spoiler looked like a rather cheap & nasty afterthought.
What's it supposed to acheive? Breaking the air flow off the back to reduce the suction onto the window?

There is a small spoiler than came in after RPO 11830 or so.

That's the top half. Lower bit has suffix Y8.
