Now the sun is out and we need our Berlingo looking its best, which car polish do members recommend?
AutoGlym and Mer always get good reviews:thumbsup:
What is your experience?
Liquid or paste?
By hand or electric polishing?
Or do you just throw a bucket of water over it...
Martin.

You can't beat autoglym super resin polish either applied by hand or dual action polisher.
Also remember you need to wax after or your precious shine won't see the month out, collinite 476 will last six months and is only around £16.
If you're feeling brave visit

I use carplan deamon shine, poured it on the sides but used a spray bottle for the bonnet or it still spots (my sisters husband told me to use the spray bottle) and either chamois or microfibre to buff it does a good job I think

Not a fan of Demon Shine:dislike:
Leaves spots if you inadvertently (pertaining to, or characterized by a lack of attention) get it on the windows.

If everything seems to be going well, you have obviously overlooked something.

There was a guy on here a short while back who was a professional valeter, seem to remember he gave us all the low-down on what he used in the trade....
I've still got a litre pack of MER to get through yet, bought it originally for the caravan and never got used
