Erratic idle on start-up

Hi guys

Just need a little advice, on start-up my berlingo 1.6hdi 07 plate idles erraticly the revs go up and down for maybe 15 secs and then steady out. Can anyone identify the problem for me as in what part needs changing for this to stop.
