I believe its a Clarion 45. Can you post a pic of your screen when its on in menu mode? The B9 with the orange screen is the multi line display and I think it shows the phone menu when the right stereo is fitted. I.E the screens are the same, but the stereo is different. Mine also has the flip open input socket below the stereo with USB and Aux jack, do you have that socket?

Post a pic of your dash and menu screen, lets have a look. You show me yours, I'll show you mine Wink

Deal, I'll take a pic in the morning, no my aux is the block in the glove box which you put red and white phono cable into. Tha ks for you help... Fingers crossed for tomorrows pic.

Sorry to butt in, I know you two are sorting this issue between yourselves, But just thought I could probably save you both some time.

Kelly, I'm afraid to say your stereo doesn't have Bluetooth unless it has been added aftermarket.

As Zion has eluded to, the separate Aux box you have and the Bluetooth/usb box he has are different, meaning even if you did replace the screen, it still won't give you Bluetooth.

An easy way for others reading this to tell is that, if your AUX is in the glovebox its just AUX if it has been moved to the gap beneath stereo and has a usb port then it will be Bluetooth.

However, when researching options to add Bluetooth to mine I did come across an adapter which will plug into the CD multi-changer socket, which your stereo does have. This was advertised as allowing Bluetooth audio streaming this way. What put me off using this type of connector is the fact to add the "multichanger" input as an option on the menu system meant using Lexia and the need to run a separate switched live.

I completely understand the fact that you would like to keep using the factory fitted unit so this option might be more appealing to you than it it was to me.

If you would like me to point you in the direction of an adaptor which plugs into the (currently) empty multichanger pins of your quadlock connection, please let me know. Although I feel I must warn you, from memory it was around £50 and was not an official citroen part.

Also, as an aside, I think noticed you had upgraded your speakers, I take from this that you appreciate sound quality. Sound is completely subjective but having had the factory headunit for a week or two before replacing it with a sony unit and changing nothing else, there was, for me, a remarkable improvement in S.Q. This may have been aided by having a 10 band graphic EQ rather then the 3 band on the factory.

Again, I'm really not trying to influence what you do or complicate this issue further, just thought I would let you know what I found whist researching options on a car I believe is identical to yours.

Hi Kelly, I have the one as described with the usb and aux port below the stereo. Here is one on eBay for £119, there are a few additional options if you have rear parking sensors like mine, but if you want Bluetooth and the voice control options but to stay OEM, this would be the one to get.

https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/112749089829

I find my speakers really good with the Clarion RD45, as the large units have plenty of bass and the upper door and dash tweeters are crystal clear but not all vans or cars have the full set - I think they were optional and mine has them. No new display needed for this one. It also comes with the usb port I think from the description.

Hi TRA - I have previously bought the connects2 Bluetooth unit that goes into the quadlock, as you describe. It wasn't cheap and I got it for my Audi S3 which had rotten built in BT hands free, no music capabilities and a voice that sounded like a German headmistress! I still have it, and it emulated the CD changer. Not sure if that one would work with the quadlock port on the Citroen stereo that Kelly has, but it might. It has a power wire that you splice into an ignition live.

Nope that's what I've been trying to explain, I have the cheap naffy screen.. Not the screen with the 4 menu option. I'm wondering if I could add a cd changer now because I own a lot of cds still and as I'm always talking to customers etc at work I don't subscribe to any music apps. My partner has all that because we use at home etc. What do u think? Do u think I'd have the option on rear for that? As I can use my aux via the 3.5 jack and take calls still so I need Bluetooth just would have been a bonus.

Yeah, I see what you mean. You should have the option on the rear quadlock to connect a cd changer, and as I said I have a quadlock Bluetooth adaptor from connects2, it may be the answer for you unless your stuck on using CDs. It was for an Audi tho so may not work on your stereo, but you're welcome to it if it would help.

Who would think there would so many options of what really is basic unit... Thanks for the offer....but as I change my mind daily I don't even think I know what I want lol. My tints turned up today. They even you a personal call from Sweden to confirm your window set up. I've only put the rear boot ones in so far. I'll need to do the rear passenger one tomorrow as I need a hand when undoing the catch completely. Don't fancy dropping the windows trying to muddle on. I'm really please with them. I feel there out last any normal tints. No bubble or scratches. I did have to take one side back out to reclean a side window from the inside as I could still a few marks that I knew would annoy me.
