Bluetooth Not Working

Bluetooth Not Working

The Bluetooth on my Berlingo Multispace 1.6 HDi 90 XTR 5dr is not working. It is factory fitted.
It has worked perfectly well until about 3 months ago. I recently had the car serviced and they wanted £57 to do a diagnostic check to find out what the problem was with the Bluetooth. This was just a bit too much for me at the moment so I thought I would put up with it. But having joined this forum yesterday I wondered if any of you may be able to help.

So here is the problem:
From General Menu there are 4 options. I press OK for the right hand option Bluetooth Telephone
This takes me to the next screen showing:
Bluetooth Telephone
Manage the telephone call
(this option is faded and I am unable to select it)

From this menu I press OK for Bluetooth Telephone
This takes me to the next screen showing:
Connect/Disconnect an equipment
Consult the paired equipment
Delete a paired equipment
Perform a Bluetooth Search
(this option is faded and I am unable to select it)

From these 4 options I am unable to select any of them if I press OK nothing happens.

So have I pressed a button that has deactivated the Bluetooth or something else?
Any help or advice would be really appreciated.
(I have posted this in the Tutorials by mistake too - Sorry)

Not a lot of help here but I have just tried it on mine and yes the Perform a Bluetooth Search can be selected, I have no idea though how you can turn Bluetooth on or off in the menu. I shall keep looking.

press menu, and go throug the options. there should be a Diagnostics alternative in there.
try the personal settings menu. think it the number 3 from the left.
this wil diagnost the car and you wil se some fault codes.

the menu Bluetooth search should be highligted.
you can not deactivate the Bluetooth.

put the IGN to on (do not start the engine) and se if the Bluetooth search is faded.
if yes try the Delete a paired Equipment menu and delete all Equipments that is in the menu.
and see if that helped.
