[Engine] Clutch gone
#1
I think the clutch has gone on my 2002 Hdi. Luckily I had just got back from Bath and was just up the road from home.
Anybody know a good repairer in my local area (Bromsgrove) who can carry out a good repair/replacement.
Has anyone else had the job done as I would like to get an idea of cost.
Thanks

I lived in Bromsgrove for quite a few years and used Baldwins Garage or Mendacar for all repairs and MOT's . Both good reliable garages ..

Looks like I am going to Citroen /Peugot Walsall. He knows the cars well and will fit a genuine unit for 545.
Just got to drag it there.

I had a price from an independant to replace the clutch on the boys Ford Focus around 8 months ago and this came in at £340 all in so £545 sounds expensive to me. I've done a number of clutches on various models over the years so am not blind to the job. Just my thoughts.
