Best oil for 1.9 diesel

Hi
My berlingo 1.9 diesel car needs an oil and filter change and i may also get the fuel filter changed as well.
I have found a garage that is quite local, but i dont know whether to let them use their oil or if i should buy my own oil for them to put in. Can you please tell me what the recommended oil is.

Any advice would be appreciated

Citroen recommend total quartz diesel 7000 sae grade 10w-40 and to ACEA standard A3/B3.
Or a higher spec Total Quartz 9000 sae grade 5w-40 to ACEA spec A3/B4 .
As long as it meets the spec you you should be ok.
