#1
hi I have a 1.9 diesel berlingo 2001 I got a new alternator fitted a few weeks ago and ever since the belt keeps jumping of the crank pulley its had both tensioner pulleys replaced and now the crank pulley but its not helped. has anyone got any ideas as me and the garage who did it are stumped.
thanks.

Something has been set up out of line somewhere, I would be chasing the garage who did the job to sort it out...

Get a metal ruler and place one end of it across one pulley. The other end of it SHOULD be pretty darn close to the edge of the other pulley...
