Hi guys im new to all of this so bare with me, i purchased a 2004 berlingo diesel van with a head gasket gone so i swapped the engine using the original injector pump/injector/ecu, diesel is getting to the pump but no further,local mobile mechanic put a fault code reader on it with no luck and has suggested that everything needs re programming at dealer ship level ,just wondering if anybody has come across this before or have any suggestions, thanks,

Thanks to everybody who read this van now running, mobile mechanic couldnt fix it at £60 an hour but 2 old blokes who couldn't stop tinkering could!! problem was needed a tiny bit of easy start to encourage it. any way many thanks.
