[For Sale] 04 Plate Berlingo van FOR SALE!!!
#1
Hi guys and gals.

The time has come to sell the old girl and get something a bit bigger!!!!!

She's an 04 plate, 1.9 Diesel LX panel van. I've had it for 3 years and since I've had it I've spent a lot of money and time on her. Basically every problem or fault I've encountered I've posted on this fine forum, so if anybody is interested in making me an offer for her, and they want to know the van's history then please search for my previous posts!!!!!

So here are the GOOD POINTS:

Recently had a new cam-belt kit, water pump and timing belt.
Recently had a new three part clutch and drive shafts.
Had a new exhaust system (back box, middle and top sections) the lot basically!
Had a new spring fitted on the rear brake load sensor.
Had two new front suspension springs, including the top spring bearing kits.
Had two new anti roll bar linkages replaced at the same time as front springs.
Ply lined in the back which is coated in a waterproof covering.
3 tyres are like new, the other is borderline tbh.
Bodywork is in good condition.
Engine never misses a beat.
Brakes are fine all round.

BAD POINTS:

Due to a rather epic BSI saga (please see my previous posts), the mileage on the dash is displayed at 208,000 miles. This is not true and is actually far lower. She has actually done around the 120,000 mark.

The lock on the driver's door is damaged, therefore the van wont lock from the outside.

The bearings in the rear axle are shot. Although a garage has told me that it's still not an MOT fail because the wheels aren't rubbing on the wheel arches, this will need sorting out at some point.

Short amount of tax left on the vehicle, ends 30/09/13

Short amount of MOT left on her, runs out 12th September 2013

Tear in drivers seat.

Well I've been as honest as I can and like I said before, the van's history is there for all to see on this forum. Bearing in mind the rear axle and the fact that the mileometer reads about 90,000 miles more than it's actually done I don't know what it's worth! Therefore I'm open to sensible offers.

Thanks guys Confusedalut:
