My 'lingo and Gf's partner
#1
We bought the partner in April for the girlfriend to start up a dog walking business. Its a 52 plate with 103k on the clock, near full service history and timing belt changes @ 78k. Before I let her drive it it had a full service and timing belt done. I also welded up a custom cage for the back to keep the dogs in the boot once the back door is open. As luck happended my brother was scrapping his 206 so I took the alloys off him for the partner.

I was using a xsara estate to carry my tools and it was just not practical anymore so decided to get myself a berlingo or partner, so I bought this 51 plate with 140k on the clock. The prev owner said they had the belt done @120k by a mechanic friend, will get it in the garage soon to get that checked to be sure. For a 12yr old car the body isnt too bad, few small dents here and there and some scratch's but nothing I can't fix.

So today was a very nice sunny day so decided to do some more work on the lingo.
I wasnt happy with the drivers sill so I rubbed it down and did it again.
Sill when I got the car

Sill after stonechip and 2nd respray

Also did the rear bumper (scratched and chipped) and hinge covers ( lacquer was peeling)

I'm thinking I may spray the rest of the bumpers and maybe even the mirrors and side trim to match

Partner is due its MOT next month so I better do a little work on that next.
Sort rear wiper out, none operational. Need to find a good diagram for fuses
Schutz the underside
Oil change
Replace N/S headlight and both indicators before the winter, all have water in them (all have cracks Sad )
