anyone know what wire is for the rev counter on a mk1 berlingo petrol 1.4 (sagem).
autodata show the ecu as 1 plug where as mine has 3, it shows it as 42 going to 426, where my ecu is a row of letters and a row of numbers.

The side typically has a bit of info about which model ECU it is, production date and all that mess.

Unplug the battery.
Plug one continuity probe into OBD pin 3
Poke around the dash connector plugs with the other probe
Also poke around the ECU plugs with the other probe
