Anyone else in North West? Where do you get your car fixed?
#1
Just out of interest, which garages to people use? Just got the Berlingo serviced at Paris Autos in Stockport. They are Citroen specialists - seemed friendly and had a Traction Avant in, which is a good sign. Only niggle is that they don't take credit cards. I don't generally carry car-fixing quantities of cash around and don't even have a cheque book these days.

Goes without saying that they were vastly cheaper than a dealer - I shall go back when somethings actually broken and see how they get on.

Take a look at my posting of today for an indie Cit dealer in North Staffordshire, I have also used Citroen Manchester (South) where I purchased the vehicle from in the first instance and to be fair have had good response and service from them. Trouble is I live in Stoke and that garage is in Manchester...

Ah, I had heard about him. Good comments as well. That gives me another option. Stockport is marginally more convenient, but not a lot in it...

I am about to go back to Citroen Manchester for my free MOT soon..... I hear through the grapevine that new staff have been appointed in the roles of General Manager, Sales Manager and Service Manager. What response I get from the new management will ultimately decide if I go back there or buy again when the time comes.... will keep everyone updated.... watch this space..
