1.9d diesel pump died please help

hi all after some help please the diesel pump has died on my berlingo van after 140000 miles been looking for a replacement found some on ebay there are 2 or 3 on there but the numbers dont 100% match up but or close does it need to be 100% match or is close good enuff help please
