Which kit do you have? Did you have to do anythig particularly clever
so as not to upset the BSI?

I had an HID kit fitted for a while, Easy enough to wire in (hell, I'm rubbish at electronics and could do it) Only reason I don't have a kit now is the quality was bobbins, the connections just crumbled..cheap for a reason! Read somewhere Nightbreakers are on offer at the moment so tempted to try them (Or buy a better HID kit)

Never had any bother off the Police/MOT man either. EDIT; Mines a mk2, Never noticed the section this was posted..fail!

I have Bought 75w HID kit. And will post a how to thread when i Get it.

So HID conversion kit i think its the way to GO. Have Tried better bulbs but did not help so mutch for me.
