Anyone tried Thule Slide Bar on Mk3?
#1
Still have to wait a few days to get our new Berlingo, I am looking for some practical roof bars. Quite often we have to carry 4-6 meter 10-80KG pieces of wood and other building materials like plasterboards... So without doubt we need roof rack. Our previous car, Opel/Vauxhall Vectra C wagon, was easy to load with rather low roof height. Now the Berlingo is for sure something else. I have already bought a set of universal mounting and a set of Thule Wingbars. Later I went to Thule's homepage and saw some interesting "SlideBars".

Anyone tried them? Do they help? Does it slide easy?
