just got 58 reg berlingo,I would like to put roof bars on it.
Will it still fit under 1.95m height restriction.

That's going to depend on the bars & I guess what you put on them. There are some that fit pretty flush compared to Thule & the like. The XTR is 1.862m & the others 1.852m.
