Hi,

Managed to bend the wishbone clipping a kerb earlier this week. Have tried to replace it today but it appears the p-shaped bush bracket is clamped in place by the anti roll bar. Do I have to remove the anti-roll bar too?

No, but you should have the entire front raised evenly in the air and both wheels removed. The opposing side clamp will retain the ARB's correct position.

I think I might be missing something. The anti roll bar appears to be clamped into place with two plates bolted onto the subframe that share a stud with the p bush on each wishbone. But they are bolted on the top of the wishbone plate, so not sure how I remove the wishbone off the stud without removing the arb?

You should find it's a bolt, not a stud. I'll try to get a service diagram up in a bit.
