Another Newbie (sort of)
#1
Hey,

Just picked up my little Mk1 Chicken Berlingo. Going to be used for work as well as fun. She is a work in progress type of project. Nothing too funky to start with, just a decent stereo, ply and a CB Radio. I know, CB Radio?! I am also an off road nut, so it is good to keep in contact with the people getting stuck in the mud Smile

Anyway, here she is. I have had plenty of 306s and a couple of ZXs, so am quite familiar with most of the parts. Do expect some newbie type questions from me at some point tho!

When I get around to each little project, I will do my best to post pics of the process etc.

Cheers, Mike.

Thanks guys! Yeah, she isn't too bad. Couple of little parking type dings and some general things to sort out, but she is great fun and not too chuggy for a bog standard diesel. Smile

Welcome to the forum mikovitch your mention of cb radio gave me flashbacks to my trucking days in the eighties and nineties.

Thanks make. Ahh, good old trucking days and cb radio. I admit I don't know much of the "lingo" but they were always good fun. Apart from us mud hunters, there are still a few people that chat on there. It was the facebook of its day in a way, without having to see pictures of what people are having for dinner! Wink
