Hi can some one help I was driving van today and oil light starting flashing with stop and lost lack of power with a loud ticking noise oil level is ok and had new turbo 3 weeks ago but garage put a 5 inch on instead of a 4 inch again

Yh it's a 1.6 hdi berlingo 78000 miles

At a guess, the turbo oil feed has blocked up, causing early death of the unit. It's unfortunately quite common. Not a good thing.

Wat so new engine or turbo and the turbo was only done 3 weeks ago

The turbo will be dead if this is what's happened. The sump needs to come off, oil pickup cleaned, turbo oil feed pipe needs restrictor (mesh filter) removing and general de-crudding of the insides of your motor. Most of the initial cause seems to be injectors coming loose and contaminating the oil, so this also needs checking too.
A quick look at the furthest main bearing or rod cap bearing from the oil pump will reveal if there's further damage.

Ok thanks we'll I have just give the van back to the garage that did turbo because gt 12 mths Warrentry with it so the turbo is there problem
