[Engine] Noise.

I,ve had my vehicle for one month now , I have noticed it makes a " whirring " whistling sort of noise ,only noticable on idling and starting off, It,s an xtr auto .Is this normal ?

Check fanbelt tensioner...I got mine replaced under warranty.

Ask them to test drive it on hill starts etc....an ecu update helped with an annoying clutch noise / burning smell on my auto XTR.....but, they hate being reversed uphill for some reason. :brickwall:
