Engine warning light

I changed the cambelt and water pump on my 03 1.9 van today on driving the engine warning light comes on for a few seconds every few miles ???it was also difficult to start but I think that's a fuel issue as there wasn't much fuel in the tank.(filled her up starting is better) any ideas please ? ALSO
Could someone please tell me the torque settings for the crank shaft pulley bolts?

It says in the book for 1.9 dw engines
To RPO 10063 (bolted to the sprocket) 10Nm
From RPO 10064 (not bolted to the sprocket)
Stage 1 70Nm
Stage 2 Angle tighten a further 60 degrees.

Sorted it it appeared that the crankshaft moved slightly (don't now how) so took it all apart redid it and hay presto it's fixed

A lucky escape there ....... how did you find out the crank moved / intuition ?
