[Transmission] 08 citreon berlingo starting issues

Hi. I locked my 08 berlingo 1.6 with the key fob and then went to open it, it would not open or start, I replaced the battery in the key fob still no start, towed it home removed all the fuses all ok, and it started but the key fob will not open or lock the doors, Please can somebody advise me on these issues.
