Steering Wheel Cover
#1
My used Berlingo has some wear on the top of the steering wheel - looks like it was caused by a wheel lock.

Tried a Halfords stretch-on type but it seemed way too hard to pull on.

Has anyone found a stitch-on cover for the Mk3 which looks OK ?

ive got a grey and black stretch one that matches trim from poundstretcher, tight fit but does go on, a friend had one in his caddy, I always though id never have one but they feel so nice, same as this one http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/STEERING-WHEEL...33835f5f13

I regularly buy the Halfords "Soft Feel" steering wheel covers (I drive 70,000 miles a year!), and, like you say Bizzy9, they are a tight fit (coz they need to be), and require some leverage to put on. The best way i've found is to push it onto the top of the wheel first, then slowly work down each side simultaneously easing it over the wheel whilst pulling it hard downwards at the same time. It requires quite strong fingers and arm muscles, but it can be done!
