hi I am new to this I have a03 berlingo van with 19 diesel engine in it and it has pack up can I put a 19 turbo diesel in it and wot sort of a job is it many thanks ian

Hi Ian,

I wouldn't say it is likely to be "easy" but yes it is quite possible. Xsara cars (not the XPic) often make good engine donors as the harness is similar in length and position.

As an 03 is the facelift Berlingo, what about a 2.0HDi transplant? You could use a donor Berlingo that had been rolled over or rear ended.
