I bought the basic Multispace and it doesn't come (at least in Switzerland) with fog lamps. Has anyone fitted them where none were before? I'm talking about the ones that fit where originals would and not some mounted in other areas.

I wish mine didn't have them, see my other thread. They are down low & have glass lenses. Same lights are also fitted to C3 C2 & Dispatch van. You often see these cars with smashed fog lamps, they are vunerable to flying stones. In the UK these lights cost £45 from a Citroen garage but I got an aftermarket light from an ebay seller for £18.75. Fitting is easy diy.
The fact that it is thought worthwile to produce cheaper non OE lights obviously means they are popular item. If you want to fit some it should be easy provided the wiring is in place. Do you have wires/plugs under your bumper behind the blanking plates? The switch to operate lights requires a twist of the switch that also turns on your rear foglights, hopefully it already has the double switch required to operate both front & rear foglights & also dashboard warning light in place. I would assume the blanking plates on your car can be removed & the mountings bought from your Citroen garage.
Provided switch & wiring is in place the job would be straight forward.

Thanks for the feedback. I'll have a look to see if the wiring is there.
