how to replace brake shoe and handbrake adjuster on berlingo enterprise 1.9 2005

hi all, new to berlingo furum had my brake light warning light on and after check brakes they need doing! i have experience of doing this but wanted a refresh on how to set adjuster for handbrake?

Automatic adjusters are used, change your rear shoes and pump the brake which will adjust them. Turn the adjuster with your fingers as you refit the shoes to take up the slack. It you cant then clean the adjuster screw thread.
Note that if the h/brake cable has been adjusted up then its wiser to slacken off the cable adjuster before fitting the shoes. If done properly then the h/brake cable should not need adjusted but the adjuster for the cable is at the h/brake lever. :thumbsup:
