Berlingo Romahome
#1
Question

Hello All,
Hope it's OK for me to join this forum, owning a Berlingo Romahome 2008. I wanted to ask opinions on fitting winter tyres, either to the front wheels or to all 4.
Has anyone out there done this on a Romahome?

I had to Google Romahome to see what it was. I'd definitely go with all four wheels.

4 wheels. But is you really have to fit just 2 fit them to the rear. Yes, i know it's FWD.

def 4......and what a difference it makes, though mines not a romahome......should be law in this country...stop all those stupid days in cities when a little snows makes the world stop......better in colder temperatures as well as tyre compound is designed to work better at cold temperatures, anything below 5 degrees [I believe].

My understanding is that winter tyres should be fitted in sets (ie 4)

Long time since I've used the forum but happy to see it still going.

I need to buy 2 new wheels for my Berlingo 600HDILX92 (Romahome) and wonder if anyone could tell me exactly what I should be buying please?

I 've been searching Berlingo 1.6 2008 on Ebay but seems there are so many to be chosing from and I don't want to get the wrong ones  They talk of 2nd and 3rd generation Berlingos but there's no mention on the registration document of which it is.  The tyres I use are 175/65 R14C if that helps.

You need to look at the tyre sizes on your other wheels but basically a 2008 Romahome could be on an M59 0r a B9.

You might get more sense on the Small motorhome forum
