Hej Johannes and welcome to the forum. I looked up Umeå on Google-Maps and that must be beautiful country so near the ocean.
Do you do Lutefisk for Christmas?? I grew up eating that every Christmas and hated every bite. I do make my own Potatis Korv every fall. Can't have Christmas without it.
