sump guard
#1
Having got up early to change the oil on my 55 multi 1.6hdi, I put it on ramps, level, got my 10mm socket and screwdriver to remove the sump guard and guess what?? there wasn't one, so the question is, how important is this and how do I get one at reasonable cost.

You could try a breakers and they turn up on fleabay to. It stops all the bottom of the engine getting covered in crap and blasted by stones. Some of the engines in the range suffer from rusty sumps so not sure if not having a engine cover makes this worse.
Are we there yet????? Huh
Ex 1.6hdi van now 3 seater 1.4 multispace
