Our local garage recommended cheapest solution was to fit a cheap aftermarket horn (any second hand one would have done) under bonnet with new switch on the dash as it saved the work required to take the bumper off.
I have learn't that Citroens and electrics seem not to be the best of friends. Good luck with your fix.

Van is still off road, failed 2 MOT's but am at the last hurdle,
2nd MOT picked up snapped f/o/s spring along with Horn not working fixed all faults from 1st MOT and spring on 2nd with my own blood sweat and tears, its just the horn now which I've had someone have a look at who says no power to horn. I have had limited time on this and has dragged on, so am looking to just fit a Dash horn switch temporary till I have more time to chase main fault.

Firstly can someone tell me if this is the correct Horn circuit for my van (19D 2002 MK2)? taken from Haynes but simplified for my own use.

If so can anyone please direct me as to running new wires from where to where?

My first thought was to connect switch from B17 to 250 cancelling out comms but then thought if problem is before B17 that would be waste of time but would, let me know if its the comms unit at fault but as i said just looking to running new wire temporary would be best.

Horn was working before comms change and has been sent off to Bradford guy and returned same issue.

I don't have same issue as others saying horn works when key in but no ignition, I have no horn period and can chase that bugger down at a later date.

I am not savey with multi metres but I do have one, cheap at that and to be honest someone already tested as far as I know.

Also bit confused as I cant find F17 in interior fuse box, which is why I am asking if this circuit is correct for my vehicle or if I have a later model version diagram?

I already have the bumper off so have full access to horn, hopefully can get time in next few days if people can throw some info my way.

thanks in advance
After digging around on the forum it looks like for my van M59 that the Horn fuse is actually F13 Engine fuse Box so diagram above must be wrong.

If anyone can possibly share a correct horn wiring diagram for 19D, MK2, M59, I would appreciate itIcon_biggrin

hello i am sorry to hear you are still having problems after sending your unit to me to for repair, get a bit of wire ans try short the two pin on the grey connector behind the airbag if that dont work ring me on 07599587119 because i dunno when i will be back on here
All is working now BRADFORD GUY Wink thanks for your work on comms and brilliant communication, it actually just turned out to be missing horn fuse Confusedalut:
