dash around radio display

Hi can someone give me a walk through on how to remove the dash trim which goes around the display for the radio/CD etc, I think I need to change a bulb.......

Would the surround on a Mk3 come away in a similar manner including the flattish section directly above the radio?

That isn't my video, I just stumbled across it on youtube. I have no idea if the Mk3 surround would come away in a similar manner. Maybe give it a good tug and see what happens
