Radio sound problem

Mr radio was working fine then when I next used the van it had no sound ,the lights are on the radio but there is only a very faint sound and I can not turn it up at all
Anyone had this problem ?

Reading your other post I know there are 2 plugs on the back of the radio so some of the wiring must go to the remote but you will need a wiring diagram for that, perhaps rustcrat can help with that.
