Hey guys, you know them funny metal clips that are attached to the metal pipes going fo the egr valve is there a special tool to remove these or anygood tips? Many Thanks

Getting them off just requires a flat bladed screwdriver under the clip. Putting them back on however....................

Ahh right ok,that's the hard bit getting them back on that's the problem.

You can buy a bolt on replacement from the dealers ( which makes you wonder why this wasn't fitted in the first place) :brickwall:

Cost. But you should be able to use Clic clip pliers on the old ones.

I've managed to put them back together just by crimping them back up with pliers....................eventually. If I had to do it again I would definitely get the bolt up version!
