As mentioned in the thread, the MOT guy noticed the the van was a little high on emissions (which suggests some crap in the system as a result) and Addo mentioned a "blocked/failing paralytic converter" (whatever that is). Anyway a good blast every now and then seems to have worked for me

I have read so many strange stories on this forum about the weird goings on with sensors and electronics I'm willing to try anything as from experience it can get expensive!

Your not wrong, some things have weird solutions at times. And to be honest, my eyes we're giving up on me when i typed my last post and didn't see you had referred to any other thread in the forum lol.

Like i said in my first post, I purchased the van last Friday and was well disappointed to learn of this issue it's having. But... i must say, I'm loving the experience of driving a van. Only ever driven vans when i've had to hire a luton van or something when moving house. Just drove tin pots before and the largest engine being a kia rio 1.6 :lol: So this thing feels like luxury.
