Got a new van last week with a built in phone kit.
But when I make a call person on the other end keeps saying they cant here me.
Is there a way to turn up the mike through the setting on the radio or setting on the van. or has anyone else had this problem?

The mic is hidden inside the plastic cover where the cupe headlight is. There is No way to turn up the volume on the mic.

Lads how do I replace the Mike. This is really annoying. Can't even use the phone kit. Citroen say it's ok. Shower of ....... I'll replace the Mike myself with a bit of guidance of course from yourselfs Videos/ instruction/ tip and where to buy a new Mike would be great.

I have heard of this problem many times on courier van driver web sites... the only cure is an aftermarket hands free kit as suggested above. I recommend what I use, which is a "Parrot Minikit" (about £70 from Halfords). It clips on the sun visor, but is plenty loud enough to hear over any engine noise. I've never had a caller say that they can't hear me!
