Cost of diesel

Post resurrected. Just filled my Berlingo today, Price for diesel shown as £1.36 per litre. My receipt shows price at £1.369. With the quantity I bought (27.86 ltr) there is a differance of .26P extra, allthough this doesn't seem a lot it must mount up over 1000's of litres. Do you think it's legal to show one price but charge another. This is a well known garage chain.
