2.0 hdi tuning box for my berlingo

I managed to source a cheap second hand ''tdi-tuning'' box for 20 pound(worth 180 direct from company) so I bought it.
The only thing is that it came off a rhz 110bhp engine and mine is rhy 90.
Im going to install the intercooler first any way but does any body have the knowledge to tell me it Im ok to use it with my engine?

Be ok, just have caution if it has a DPF? i'm guessing not?

Thanks for the reply. Both engines are non dpf. Now its time to get an intercooler then
