Hi all, newbie with lights on dash with no key in!

Hi everyone, I have a 2001 belingo, now the dash lights stay on when you take the key out, also when you open the rear sliding door the speakers buzz, still starts o.k except this morning ( I guess the lights have drained the battery over the weekend) wonder if anyone can help to shed any light on the situation please, many thanks.
