Really daft first question! Give me light!

Hi, new to the forum.
I've got a '99 van that has a courtesy light in the back which comes on when you open the front doors along with the usual front one. Citroen didn't think to fit a pin switch on the rear door so I have to turn it on manually but that's a bit silly when it's dark!
I know the later models have a pin switch in the rear door shut to allow automatic operation, so I got a new switch to use.
However when I unclipped the rear courtesy light unit there is about 5 or 6 wires connected to the bulb holder!
Might seem a really daft question, but which wire do I need to take to the pin switch?

'Ages since I've been on here, but just a quick update for those interested.
If you unclip the plastic vent in the o/s rear door shut you'll see a cream coloured wire with its plug taped to the loom. Undo the tape to free the wire then simply drill the holes for the pin switch and connect.
Bingo! Rear door operated courtesy light!
I've gone one better and fitted another light unit on the opposite side to mirror the original. I took a paper rubbing of the existing light hole, cut it out and then drew round it. It takes a bit of careful cutting with a slitting disc in a grinder and some filing to create the correct size opening with radiused corners for the light surround to fit, which the light then clips into. I managed to get a section of wiring loom from the same van I got the light from so it was plug and play at the light end but I made a soldered and heat shrinked loom extension to the existing light side loom. I hid the extension loom in the body frame over the rear door opening. It looks totally factory and with LED bulbs it really lights up the load area.
Well chuffed with it!
