Hi,
I have a squeak coming from what sounds like the rear of the van. If i pull the handbrake slightly is stops and if i turn to the right it stops. It only happens after being on the motorway for 20 mins plus. I have had the brakes checked and they look ok does anyone have any ideas. Its a 2009 van. Thanks in advance for any help you can offer as im useless with anything mechanical.

Does it stop when press brake pedal? If so its probably squeaking brake pads.

It does stop when I use the break but had the breaks looked at and was told they were fine.

Its not really a problem, just annoying, some brake pads squeak. I remember yrs ago Ford Cortinas did this if aftermarket pads were used. If you used Ford pads they were ok.
