Is that the same as the cabin filter? If not then this is in the passangers footwell underneath the cardboard cover. 3 screws to remove plastic cover and it pulls out.

Trevor's post above seems to conclude that there is no pollen/cabin filter in a 2000 mk 1 berlingo. They are the same thing but if you don't have air con you don't have a pollen filter...
or do you? Have you any pictures from a mark one with no air con showing the filter location?
