Over the last couple of years I've noticed that some very naughty people
haven't put their Berlingo model in their profile so it shows on the forum. :p
When they want help, quite often, they still don't tell us. You can put it in the signature if you want!! It would help. :thumbsup:

Yes, Ade I agree! Isn't it standard procedure for a muffler bearing to be fixed with a new spronkle valve, a fresh box of metric sparks and using a left-handed screw driver? :whistle:

Absolutely. But if people are a bit squeezed for cash, ECP sell a rebuilding kit with new bearings and a tube of muffler putty. You need to reuse the sparks.

Can I use negative sparks or must they be positive.I only ask as some gave me a large bag full.alut:

Either is OK, they self-polarise once the bearings are spinning.

If the problem sounds like the suspension, tell them that they need to bleed the High Pressure reservoir and check that the hydraulic Return lines don't have any signs of leaking.

If the problem is motor related, Write that it's quite common for turbines to be a bit rough if there's traces of water in the JP fuel, and that the problem will sort itself out the next time they refuel.

For anything else, Write that they have a BallX occlusion.
