[Warning Light] Oil level light flashing
#1
My van is a 2000 1.9D and for some time now the low oil level warning light flashes for 20 seconds or so after starting up yet the oil level is correct. I assume the sensor might need replacing or maybe I'll be lucky and find the electrical connection plug just needs a clean up and refitting?
Anyone tell me exactly where is the sensor is so I can have a butchers?
Cheers,
Richard.

On my 1.9DW it's at the front near the oil filter. This position is one of the reasons mine gets a bit loose because you knock it changing the oil filter.

Be sure the level is correct, they only need to be a touch over full, to flash.
