Another XTR owner
#1
As in the title- bought a 2010 XTR in Blue last week. 17k miles, ex motorbiltiy (no wheelchair ramp thank god!)
Its great for my cycle racing as i can get everything in the back for race days and even warm up on a turbo trainer underneath the tailgate if its raining!!!
Feels a little cramped when driving as I`m over 6ft tall, but think its something to get used to- If only the seat went back another 2 inch!
Mods on order;

Osram Nightbreakers and LED sidelights
2 X 60cm red LED strips for taillights
2 X 150mm LED interior lights
Tailor fitted mat set
Double DIN tray/cupholder

Once i work oput how to upload photos i will....

XTR is a nice car.
Have you tried the seat on its lowest position?

I'm 6' 3" and I drive with the seat full back and in lowest position, and I have bags of headroom. You do need to pull the height adjustment handle while sitting on it, though, otherwise it only moves up.

I agree its a great car that can almost anything- im not fussed on performance or remaps as it will only ruin something later on down the line. Ive lowered the seat height a couple of notches but its on the runners where it needs to go back a little- only thing then is the steering wheel/gear stick will be a bit of a reach. It would be handy if we could adjust the foot pedals forward too!:lol:
