[Steering & Suspension] Front Strut brace anyone use?

Hi All!

My Berlingo have some cracks in shock Absorber tower, so I'll need to use weld to fix it.
Take a look below:

Anyone has expected some problem like that? What kind of weld to use?

After the welding done, I think to made a Front Strut Brace, to give more hardness to car and prevent new problems...

Maybe another car strut brace fit? This one is of Saxo.

You must have worse roads than us:whistle: For what it's worth,I would make up a plate to cover the whole tower,seam weld the outer & inner joins.If your roads are that bad,a brace might be a good idea.alut::thumbsup: Good luck.

The brazillian roads are pretty bad...
And the last owner did not periodic maintenance :S

I will start the restoration and in soon I will post some pics...

But if somebody use the front bars please comment here!!!
