error code

Hi hope you can help
I got a engine warning light on my Berlingo 55 plate car yesterday, it no has very little power, but if it gets up to speed it seems to work, then when I slow down on hit a bank it goes into limp mode.
The error codes I get are]
1198 0087.

P1198 is - Diesel high pressure monitoring. Flow regulator (VCV) at stop. Could be pump under fuelling, dodgy pump or leaking fuel rail.

P0087 is. Fuel control system: pressure too low.

May be worth checking for leaks and also a blocked fuel filter, failing that you could need a new fuel pump.

That's as much as I can find, maybe someone else will know more.
