For non remote opening one I been quoted £52 for the key + £23 to get immobilizer code from Peugeot as I didn't have my code card.

No, i have the romote one, just needed a spare one, so i dont know how much remote one is.

According to my local Timpsons shoe repairer/key cutter their bigger branches can clone a key including remotes.
Has anyone checked this out?
